LEQUIPE is a stunning example of a 2012 MJM 40. Her nearly perfect majestic blue topsides, off white decks, sand colored non skid, cream canvas and teak cockpit and bridge deck add to the classic look of the 40. Mechanically she has had the best of care and her low hour Volvo pod 370’s are one of the reasons why she handles like a much smaller boat away from and around the dock.
There are roll up strato-glass enclosures on the sides, which offers great airflow, and access to line handling, if you operate single handed. Nice side loading doors both port and starboard makes for easy boarding. The cockpit bimini top provides your guests with shade, but can easily be stowed or removed. There is ample storage through out. Below deck is a well appointed galley, dinette, master berth, stand up shower, and head. The convertible dinette, double as a second bed, with a privacy curtain.
So much has been written about the MJM 40 and for good reason. LEQUIPE should be on anyone's short list if they are thinking about an express cruiser in this size range.

SWEET MELISSA III is an excellent example of Italian styling and craftsmanship. The Uniesse hulls are well-built and perform beautifully. Uniesse is a 30-year old company with all the pedigree of the best pleasure craft builders in Europe. They are known for their interior and exterior finishes, use of space, advanced engineering, and their efficient, smooth running hull.
SWEET MELISSA III has a four-cabin, three-head layout, with crew aft and large living areas that are not typical of most Euro-style vessels in her class. The Owner's cabin and VIP have ensuite heads. the roof over the helm and dining areas is retractable, and the sliding doors at the aft end of the salon allow the breeze to flow throughout the vessel.
There are two large sunning areas, one in the cockpit, and the other on the bow. There is a garage in the stern for storage of paddle boards, and other water sports equipment along with a hydraulic davit recessed into the deck. The large dive platform can carry a dinghy or jet ski.
Over the past two and a half years the present Owner has invested over $450,000 in upgrades and updates to SWEET MELISSA III. The Owner has spared no expense on repairs, servicing, or upgrades.
If you are considering a EURO-Express style, and you are looking at Pershing, Sunseeker, Fairline, or Riva, you have to see the Uniesse!

Here is One of the Finest Examples of a 62' Pershing!
This 2007 is the most perfectly customized 62 ever produced. The Owner has made some very smart and thought out upgrades that most 62's of this vintage wish they had. One brilliant change you see immediately as you step down to the lower salon area. The usual curved sofa seating is replaced with an extension of the galley. Enormous counter space with storage, refrigeration and freezer below create a much more usable space. There is also a hidden bar below a seat cushion that has been crafted to safety store bottles whether at sea or at port. The combination of this with the pullout drawer fridge and freezer and the counter space make entertaining a breeze!
The mechanicals of the yacht are all up to 2020 standards for services. The MAN Motors, Kohler Generators (with only 760 hours), the AC, you name it they are all in very good working order. The yacht has seen nothing but special attention to detail and it shows! From the engine room to the garage to the added refrigeration and dinette, this seller has constantly thought about better ways to update her. When you see this yacht in person you will really appreciate the upgrades and attention this one of a kind 62' Pershing has received.
Vessel has been kept in a climate controlled storage facility for six months out of the year since owner purchased in 2010.
OCTOBER is a beautifully designed MJM Yachts 35z with super-yacht finishes. OCTOBER takes the 35z model series to another level. A renown interior designer specified the details of her interior finishes. OCTOBER has a matte driftwood grey finish instead of the typical cherry and teak cabinetry. Her cabin floor is a special teak and wedge, in lieu of the more typical teak and holly. The interior cushions are comfortable striped fabric, and her exterior seating features a more contemporary grey.
As a 35z, OCTOBER rides better than all other offerings in this segment. The 35z is made from high strength and low weight composites that enable a narrower waterplane, which gives you better fuel efficiency, and a more comfortable ride through waves. The narrower waterplane also means that the 35z will remain on a plane down to 12 knots, so the bow is always low. Most boats come off of a plane at 22 knots, and the bow is sky high between 10-22 knots, making visibility or operation a challenge. The 35z rides level on a plane from 12 knots and faster. For those days powering into a seaway, you will be grateful for choosing an MJM.
OCTOBER has electrically opening forward windows that can be open a sliver, or wide open. You can choose the exact ventilation for your comfort. Visibility is 360 degrees with no major obstacles to the view. The pilothouse can be fully open, or fully enclosed. OCTOBER is the first 35z with two zones of air-conditioning/heating. In the Southeast, she is truly a year round yacht.
Since purchase, OCTOBER has been professionally managed for her one owner, and she shows as new. She has been enjoyed as a couples evening harbor cruiser, a remote office, and regional cruiser. Her cabin dinette converts into a comfortable V-Berth.
Her twin Mercury Verado 350hp engines are maintained well, and have only 350 hours. Her Seakeeper runs on 12V, and reduces roll by 90%, making her feel like a much larger yacht underway.
This is one of MJM's nicest example of the 35z model series. Call for more details!
