Owners Comments "SeaQuester has been one of the best decisions of my life. My wife and I have cruised on her for the last eight years from Florida, the Bahamas and every country from here to Grenada. We never imaged the fun and adventure we would have. While all the places were absolutely amazing, the people we met and friends we made along the way were the best. I love my boat! We have tried our best to take care of her and she has taken care of us. There is no other boat or model I would rather have than the 2008 owners version Leopard 46 (Including all the new ones). During each of the many 1,000+ mile sailed, she performed excellently. Without exception everyone has been blessed on SeaQuester. We are leaving the boat fully equipped to head out to her next owners destinations. It is with a heavy heart we leave her. I am hopeful she finds a new owner that loves her as much as we do!!"
Want to own a piece of yachting history? “Last One” is a true classic in every sense of the word. This 1962 steel- hulled Benetti was one of the most prestigious yachts in her day; the first “megayachts” of its time. Formerly “Fantastique”, she has a rich history of carrying charters from the French Rivera to Italy and Africa. Her travels also include crossing the Atlantic on her own bottom. She was refitted in 1990, and again in 2012 with continuous upgrades and yearly maintenance.
Present owner purchased vessel in 2014 (see pictures labeled 2014) and wanted to restore her to her original previous glory, and update her with modern mechanical and machinery systems, while keeping her classic esthetics. Unfortunately, new owner had some major health issues and had to abandon the project in 2017. At the time the project was put on hold she was just about ready to be put back in the water and the rest of the work was to continue dockside at a slip. “Last One “presently sits on the hard.
Before present owner fell ill, he had spent in excess of $500K, concentrating on her hull, running gear, and electrical conversion. Owner made sure all systems were taken care of. Fuel was pumped out of all tanks and tanks were treated. Main engines were “pickled” and rust mitigation was performed so somebody could take over project.
You will find the woodwork and craftsmanship on this vessel amazing. Before the retrofit commenced, she possessed an industry galley, a large aft dinning space and a full teak bar. She also offers accommodations for nine guests and five crew members. This is the perfect vessel for entertaining or charters. If you have the motivation to finish a project and want to own a true classic and piece of history “Last One” is the yacht to see!

Style, grace and superior design are only a few attributes on a long list used to describe the Mochi Craft 44. This 2008 model is a true example of Italian Yacht construction at its best. With its generous helm area flowing into what is considered the infinity cockpit thanks to an hydraulic transom she offers an abundance of space for out island adventures or entertaining during cocktail cruises. The interior with her high end woodwork is both sophisticated and practical. A large mater stateroom and salon play host to all the amenities you would expect to find on a much larger yacht. She cruises at 28 knots powered by extremely economical twin Volvo D-9 engines. Up to date Garmin electronics package and an incredible A/V system throughout including a large flat screen with Direct tv in the helm / outside salon area. The owner has always maintained this yacht with an open checkbook. including new hull paint and new teak decks to name just a few of the upgrades performed to keep her in Palm beach condition. You are encouraged to come see for yourself. She is ready for your inspection! Owner has a new Yacht on the way and ready for all reasonable offers.
High quality craftsmanship and showing uniquely clean inside and out will make this yacht desirable. She is stored in a covered slip in brackish water on Clear Lake which is South of Houston.
